The Chinese Language Festival Association is a large and impactful organisation that has no fewer than 70 highly esteemed board members. As organisers of the Chinese Language Festival, they define the objective of the competition to to promote Chinese language education, and to provide an opportunity for the participants to understand and appreciate Chinese culture. The festival is a platform for young Chinese learners to showcase their interest and talent, using the language to create and present, and communicate with others.
This massive global competition is held across Hong Kong, Macua, Taiwan, Mainland China, Europe, Africa, North America, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and Oceania.
We are incredibly proud to announce that Jin Yi Lee, (Year 6), has been recognised as “The Scholar” by the committee of the 4th Chinese Language Festival. This top award is made even more remarkable in that he is the only scholar from Malaysia to receive this highly esteemed accolade.
We are equally proud of Blanche Tey who has received the “Excellence Judges Award”. She has also been selected as one of the 59 outstanding teachers – and the only teacher from Malaysia!
